Return / Exchange Policy

Customers can shop confidently knowing they have a 30-day return period for any purchase that is not damaged - intact, and sellable for a full refund. Additionally, we offer a 60-day exchange policy, allowing you to exchange an item for something else of at least equal value if you don't like it.  If you are shipping merchandise back to us for a refund you are responsible for the shipping and insurance of the goods.  Contact us first to receive a RMA # to initiate any exchange or return.  

If any online order arrives damaged you have 24 hours to contact us and  and let us know it arrived damaged so that we may claim insurance from shipping carrier at that point you can return item for a refund or exchange and we will pay for shipping for return merchandise of damaged goods.
