30-day Returns
You've got 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund as long as it's returned in same condition as received. See our return policy section for more details.
Shipping is not Refundable
Any shipping charges are non-refundable if correct ordered item is received.
100% Refund if ordered is not Received
If you don't receive your order you are eligible for a 100% refund if your goods have not been shipped or in transit. Just email us - subject should be order not received and body should be order number with expressed need desire for refund.
In-store Refund Policy
New Vacuum Cleaners can be returned within 30 days of purchase in-store for a full refund. After 30-days new vacuum cleaners may be exchanged for a vacuum cleaner of equal or lesser value or higher value if difference in cost is paid by customer. No refund shall be given to vacuum cleaners that have been damaged by customer.
Clearance or Final Sale marked items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Used or Refurbished Vacuum Cleaners not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged for a vacuum cleaner of equal or lesser value within 60-days of purchase.

All Parts & Supplies are 100% refundable as long as merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase and unused plus in original packaging.
All Repairs are not eligible for a refund once pick up from store. It is customers responsibility to make sure repair is up to expectations before leaving store with repaired vacuum cleaner.
